Does your horse like to gossip?
When you are out for a ride and you meet another horse, does yours refuse to move on? If so it could be she is looking for love or just a friend.
If you have a single horse then this can be a common problem. Horses do like to have a friend, they are social animals so if she has no friend in the stable or pasture she may try to find one when you are out and about.
A good answer to this s the oldest one, give her a buddy. How often do you see a horse in a field and lo and behold there is a donkey in there too. The donkey is a pasture buddy, and the company he provides allows your horse to have a little social life.
If you can pasture your horse with a donkey or an old rescue horse and this will alleviate the problems when you are out.
